My classes are filled with Pranayama (breathwork), movement that releases and enables your body to fluidly let loose and limber up. It is so important in yoga to connect to your breath when moving through poses. I want my clients to realise that it is not about touching your toes, it is about the journey on the way down.
I love to challenge my clients and want to give you the confidence to realise that you can do this too through strengthening and practice. There is no need to rush with yoga. Just enjoy the journey, freedom and growth that it provides, that is when you will start to see changes.
My classes are open to all levels with plenty of modifications for beginners. I believe yoga is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
