Bowing Inward
Forward folds invite us to soften, surrender, and listen. In this practice, we use forward folding postures as moments of reflection—opportunities to bow inward, release what no longer serves us, and reconnect with our breath and inner landscape. As the body folds, the mind quiets, creating space for clarity and intention. By honoring stillness and introspection on the mat, we gently prepare ourselves to move forward with greater awareness, ease, and purpose off the mat.
