The Way You Do Anything
A quote I love to come back to on repeat, the way we pracrice anything is how we practice everything. We bring this quote into this class to explore the idea that the small choices we make on the mat—how we move, breathe, respond to challenge, and speak to ourselves, mirror how we show up in the rest of our lives.
