Just like that, the first half of 2025 is behind us. Where has the time gone?
I like to see this moment as an opportunity for a gentle reset. If you’ve been feeling stuck or stagnant, maybe it’s time to release the energy of the year’s beginning and shift your focus toward the final stretch of 2025.
Use this as a chance to set new goals or intentions. Take your time with the journal prompts, let your pen move freely across the page. Pay attention to how you feel when you begin.... and notice any shifts by the time you finish.

✨What do I want to leave behind in the first half of the year and what do I want to carry forward?
✨What’s one small, doable change I can make this week that brings me closer to where I want to be?
