'The Voice Inside' Journal Prompts
This Autumn has hit me hard. It has felt like a tough season change where everything feels heavy or uncertain and the voice inside has been talking big time. If you too have had this, then I think these journal prompts might help you make sense of it all.
✨Describe what “going through it” looks like for you right now. What emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations come up when you think about it?
✨What’s one thing that feels completely out of your control right now — and one small thing that is within your control?
✨When was the last time you felt truly okay? What was different then — in your environment, mindset, or relationships?
✨Write a letter to yourself from six months in the future. How does that version of you describe what you’ve overcome?
✨What are three small comforts or grounding rituals that help you survive hard days? (Tea, music, journaling, a walk, etc.)
✨Who or what has shown up for you in ways that surprised you during this hard time?
✨What lesson or truth might this season be trying to teach you — even if you can’t fully see it yet?
If it feels uncomfortable, let it out, write it out and get that voice inside your head out on paper so you can make reason with it!
