It’s a small, comforting habit that supports overall well-being without needing to be complicated.

Method
It's so simple. Pop the kettle on, slice up your ginger and fresh turmeric (or if using a powder half a teaspoon) and slice up your lemon.
Once the kettle has brewed, grab your mug, pop all of the above in and pour your water ovr it.
